The May Holiday is gone. Back to Museum!

According to an announcement on the gov.pl information portal and the Decree of the Council of Ministers of 29 April 2021, museums can be open to visitors from 4 May. We are very happy because of that and welcome you to visit our expositions in  Opole and Łambinowice, naturally under sanitary regime. It will be obligatory to cover your mouth and nose, disinfect your hands, keep a safe distance and limit the number of people (visitors guideline is available here)

In addition to the permanent exhibitions (https://www.cmjw.pl/wystawy1/wystawy-stale/), in the Museum’s courtyard it is possible to see the exhibit In the Inhuman Land. Polish prisoners-of- war in the USSR, and inside, till 10 of May, the temporary exhibition On guard of the borders.... Border Guards of the Second Republic of Poland on the Western Section of the Polish-German border, prepared by the Opole branch of the Institute of National Remembrance.   • Opole, 3 Minorytów Street
    from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Łambinowice, 4 Muzealna Street
    from Tuesday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
    Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
