As announced earlier, today, 16 April, we will reveal the results of the XXVIII edition of  the Recitation Contest of POW Poetry "Let's remember”, organized by our Museum in co-operation with the Associations of Friends of the Central Museum of Prisoners-of-War, and Nysa County.

The competition is held under the honorary patronage of: The Voivode of Opole, Sławomir Kłosowski, the Marshall of Opole Voivodeship, Andrzej Buła, and the Opole Voivodeship Superintendent of Education, Michał Siek, while media patronage is held by: Radio Opole, Radio Doxa, "Nowa Trybuna Opolska" and "Nowiny Nyskie".

The jury awarded prizes and distinctions in three age groups:

• 10-12 years-old

First Prize – Olga Bunkowska from Szkoła Podstawowa No. 3 in Ozimek, taught by Marzena Wolicka-Mazurkiewicz;

Second Prize – Monika Kosztowniak from Publiczna Szkoła Podstawowa No. 20 in Opole, taught by przez Małgorzata Górka;

Third Prize – Antonina Kita from Publiczna Szkoła Podstawowa No. 20 in Opole, taught by Małgorzata Górka;

Distniction – Marta Włodarczyk from Zespół Szkolno-Przedszkolny in Moszczanka, taught by Małgorzata Żuk.

• 13–15 years-old

First Prize – Emilia Kasztelan from Publiczna Szkoła Podstawowa in Łosiów, taught by Aneta Strzecha-Ochocińska;

Second Prize – Wiktoria Syguła from Szkoła Podstawowa No. 3 in Ozimek, taught by Małgorzata Dziewulska-Stefan;

Third Prize – Michał Gnot from Zespół Szkół in Skoroszyce, taught by Beata Smagoń and Bernadetta Serafin;

Distinction – Angelika Konior from Szkoła Podstawowa No. 10 in Nysa, taught by Marzena Bargiel and Joanna Nowak.

First Prize – Matylda Gaweł from Publiczne Liceum Ogólnokształczące No. 3 in Opole, taught by Iwona Ratajczak;

Third Prize – Agata Chudy from Diecezjalne Liceum Humanistyczne in Nysa, taught by przez Lidia Rogowska;
