Russenlager is not available for visitors
The Museum received permission to conduct construction and maintenance works on the site where are remains of Stalag 318/VIII F (344) Lamsdorf (Łambinowice). The Post war object have not been maintained, on a larger scale, since the end of the war. Due to the need to ensure safety to all of visitors to the Site of National Remembrance in Łambinowice, its part – where during the war was located so called Russenlager, the camp designated for Soviet POWs but also Warsaw insurgents-POWs – is not available to enter until end of the maintenance works about which we will inform you.
Nevertheless, you are very welcome to visit the other places of the national site in Łambinowice as well exhibitions in the Museum.
