Remote Learning – a quarterly summary
We have come to the end of the first quarter of 2021, a difficult time for our Museum (but also for other museums), because of – due to the epidemic situation – limited accessibility to institutions for the public, for which, after all, these institutions were established.
In the offer, that the Museum made last quarter, online activities were very important. They were conducted by employees of the Education and Exhibitions Department, supported by colleagues from the Research Department. In total, as many as 120 classes were conducted. They were attended by 2077 students and 85 teachers from educational institutions in many towns, located in different parts of the country.
Interesting topics of the lessons and our commitment to their implementation, is appreciated by the recipients. This is evidenced by numerous entries on the schools' websites and social media (e.g. Group of Agricultural Schools in Prudnik, Primary School No. 11 in Wejherowo, Private Primary School of Salesian Sisters in Wrocław, or High School No. 3 in Opole).
