Professor Adam Szpaderski is consultant to the Museum

As of today, 21 April, the newly created position of the Museum's senior consultant for strategy and education management will be filled by Dr. Adam Szpaderski, Professor at Warsaw's SWPS University.

The esteemed researcher will be responsible, among others, for advising on matters of creation, implementation, development of strategy and issuing opinions in that scope; preparation of analyses and publications in question; presentation of lists of recommendations in the field of strategy, as well as initiating and submitting projects concerning strategy and educational management of the Central Museum of Prisoners-of-War.

The senior consultant of the CMJW is the head of the Centre for Research on the Economics of Memorial Sites. He specializes in strategic management, management of memorial sites, management of education about Auschwitz, the Holocaust and genocides, including the use of new technologies and parameterization of institutions in the cultural heritage sector. Professor Adam Szpaderski is the Chief Consultant of the Auschwitz-Birkenau State Museum in Oświęcim on matters of Strategy and Education Management, Chairman of the Council of the Gross-Rosen Museum in Rogoźnica, Advisor on Educational Strategy of the Stutthof Museum in Sztutowo, manager and executor of implementation research projects. In addition, he holds a number of positions at his university.
