Our exibition in Świdnica

It is from today, readers of the Cyprian Kamil Norwid Municipal Public Library in Świdnica, can see our exhibition Na nieludzkiej ziemi. Jeńcy polscy w ZSRR [In the Inhuman Land. Polish prisoners-of- war in the USSR]. The exposition is dedicated to the Polish soldiers who got into the Soviet captivity, and in particular to officers interned in the special NKVD camps: Kozielsk, Starobielsk and Ostashkov, but also the history of getting into the truth behind their tragic fate. Is has already been the third exhibition, following Polski teatr w obozach jenieckich Wehramchtu (1939-1945)[Polish theatre in Wehramcht prisoner-of-war camps (1939-1945)] and Portrety jeńców [Portraits of prisoners-of- war], presented there in 2021.
