Intensive preparations are underway to continue the reconstruction of the seat of our Museum in Łambinowice. This year's work will focus on completing the construction of the pavilion, in front of the main building, which was left as a building shell in 2019. The funds were granted from the Minister of Culture and National Heritage. This will be the next, a second stage of works which is possible to implement thanks to grants the Museum receives from the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. This year's grant is 2 million zloty.

The aim of the works is to introduce significant functional and organizational changes in our Łambinowice seat, chiefly to create an entrance area for visitors and to adapt it to the needs of mobility impaired persons. The assumption is also to create educational rooms, storage rooms for collections, and in the renovated exhibition halls - a new exposition. The task is expected to be completed by 2024.

Along with this year's grant, the Minister of Culture and National Heritage has ensured us that another grant of PLN 2.83 million will be awarded next year.
