The Congress on Prisoners-of-War Memorial Sites has been honoured in the Acts of Leadership Award!
We are proud to announce that our ‘POW Memorial Congress: Heritage and Strategies for the Future’ has won a distinction in the category EVENT OF THE YEAR 2024 in the prestigious Acts of Leadership Award competition, organised by the Faculty of Social Sciences at SWPS University in Warsaw.
The award ceremony will take place during the Final Gala of the 6th edition of the completion, which is scheduled for 15 October 2025 at the seat of SWPS University in Warsaw. This unique award highlights the importance of our initiative in heritage and to give shape to POW memory for future generations.
The Acts of Leadership Award competition aims to promote young leaders, teams and organisations that take action of a social, educational, intercultural or business nature, while the awarded projects are a source of inspiration and an example of how a better future can be built through collaboration and innovation.
