Meeting with the Marshal of the Opole Province

On Friday, 3 September, in Jan Kochanowski Theatre in Opole, took place a meeting on the new perspective of European funds for 2021-2027. The Museum was represented by its Director, Dr. Violetta Rezler-Wasielewska, her deputy, Dr. Renata Kobylarz-Buła, and the chief accountant, Czesława Szpaczyńska.

The meeting was opened by Zbigniew Kubalańca, Deputy Marshal, and Agnieszka Kamińska, Director of the Department of Culture, Sport and Tourism in the Marshal's Office, who presented the results of the "Questionnaire for self-government cultural institutions in the Opole Province" and thus introduced the topic. An awareness of needs – as pointed out by Marshal Andrzej Buła – is the basis for building a new financial perspective. In turn, its programme planning for 2021-2027, were explained by Karina Bedrunka, Director of the Department of Operational Programmes of the Marshal's Office. The meeting ended with a discussion.

The meeting was interspersed by a visit to the newly opened - after two years of renovation works  - theatre, and a concert. The opening gala took place on 2 September and was attended by the Director, Violetta Rezler-Wasielewska.
