Last days of holiday offer of the Museum!
Although the Museum is open for visitors all year round, still it is worth to take advantage of our special offer which is prepared for the summer months in mind. And for those who cannot come to us in person, we offer a virtual tour.
The available programme, in the seat of the CMJW in Opole, includes the workshops In the distorting mirror. Humour as a way to survive, or Football vs. Rifle. The Red Card is given to violence and aggression (to choose), a visit to the permanent, and the temporary exhibition Spring, Summer, WAR... Warsaw 1939, and a screening of the animated film Marian’s War. An extended educational offer can be found in Łambinowice, where (in addition to workshops, a film and permanent exhibitions to see) you can take part in Outdoor challenges with history, i.e. active learning about the Site of National Remembrance. In this case, visitors can choose to sightsee the place on foot, by bike, or by Melex.
We would also like to remind you about our application for mobile devices Museum at the memorial site. We are getting to know Łambinowice which can be downloaded free-of-charge from the Play store to plan an optimal sightseeing route. The virtual tour is also available on our website.
