“Łambinowice Museum Meetings” at the site of former Stalag Lamsdorf

The third in this year "Łambinowice Museum Meetings", will be held this Wednesday - in the open air - on the grounds of Stalag 318/VIII F (344) Lamsdorf, which is the best preserved part of the camp complex from the years of World War II. Dr. Violetta Rezler-Wasielewska (Director of the CMJW), Engineer Bogusław Malinowski (ALTA Sp. z o.o. company) and Engineer Roman Żak (Invest Sp. z o.o. company) will play the role of guides who will present the resultsff of restoration and construction works conducted there. We would like to remind that in 2020, the area underwent a thorough and advanced restoration works - thanks to funds from the European Union, the Minister of Culture, National Heritage and Sports, and the Opole Regional Government.

Besides a large dose of professional knowledge and fresh air, on the day of the meeting there will be the opportunity of taking a ride within the area of the former prisoner-of-war camp in an electric Melex vehicle or borrow a free-of-charge bicycle.  To make a reservation over the phone, please call: 77 434 34 75.
