Place with a Scar it is not only, made available to the public in 2022, an educational exposition, thoughtfully arranged on the site of the former Stalag 318/VIII F (344) Lamsdorf, but also a catalogue of educational materials relating to the content of the exhibition.

The catalogue includes, among other materials, bookmarks with the quotations used in the exhibition, but also a useful tool which serve for individual self-development, called PoMOCnik. It takes the form of a notebook with a minimalist design, similar in concept to so-called habit trackers, i.e. forms designed to track progress in introducing useful habits.

Out concept is distinguished by the historical references in the form of memoirs, fragments of diaries and letters with thoughts of the Warsaw insurgents - former prisoners of Stalag 344 Lamsdorf. Their ways of surviving camp stagnation and dealing with their own - prone to breakdown in such a situation – mental life, became an inspiration in the creation of the PoMOCnik to convey, above all to young recipients, the fact that it is worth keeping a tight hold on your life by good routine, self-discipline and control - with long-term plans in mind.
