This year, the event is a particularly festive occasion as the people of the region celebrate a quarter of a century of defending the existence of their voivodeship. During this time, the Opole Province has strengthened its position on the administrative map of the country. Our Museum has evolved in a similar way, what is visually evidenced by infrastructural changes, and symbolically by the fact that we are the only Museum in the Opole region to have been awarded the European Heritage Label.

We appreciate the last 25 years of co-creating culture in the Opole region, so we were happy to join the group of institutions presenting themselves on 11 June in Moszna. The programme of this year's event is filled with numerous attractions prepared mainly with families in mind: a fashion show, a review of Opole's Talents, an exhibition of automobiles, and a cooking competition run by a well-known chef. However, even in this festive context, there is still room for the Museum. We have prepared a number of popularising proposals which we will be sharing with the Festival participants, including the youngest ones, throughout Sunday.
