"European Founds for Opole Region 2021-2027"
Today, 12 January, at the Jan Kochanowski Theatre in Opole, there was hosted a conference inaugurating the implementation of the 'European Funds for Opole Region 2021-2027' programme.
The conference was attended by the Marshal of Opole Voivodeship Andrzej Buła, members of the Self-government of Opole Province, representatives of local governments, offices, organisations, cultural and health circles, entrepreneurs, and numerous beneficiaries of European funds in the region. The guests of honour were representatives of the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy and the European Commission.
The meeting provided an opportunity for a debate on the management of European funds in the Opole Region. It was also attended by the former European Commissioner for the Internal Market and Services, Elżbieta Bieńkowska, Dr. Marek Szczepański and Professor Jacek Szlachta.
The conference was accompanied by a concert by Anna Furkałowska with her band The Cellos.
