Construction work around the site of the new entrance pavilion to the Museum in Łambinowice
On Friday (4 November), the Museum signed a contract for the construction of the new entrance pavilion's surroundings at the Museum in Łambinowice.
These works will constitute of another stage of the investment task 'Reconstruction of the Museum building in Łambinowice at 4 Muzealna Street and improvement of the surroundings'. They will be conducted by Zakład Remontowo-Budowlany Wiktor Staliś. The deadline for their completion is the end of this year.
Due to the start of the works the organisation of visitor traffic will be changed. From Monday (7 November), this will take place through the gate on the side of Obozowa Street.
Construction works are also under way on the ground floor of the main building, where it is planned to establish educational rooms, collection storage facilities and a new exhibition in the renovated exhibition halls of the main building.
Funds for the investment come from the Ministry of Culture, National Heritage and the Opole Province.
