Christmas and New Year staff meeting of 2023 AD – report
As it happens each year, the Museum has organised a meeting of its the former and current workers. It was an opportunity to talk in a friendly atmosphere about common - not necessary the most urgent, though - matters, to reminisce about the past, and introduce all the persons who have joined our staff in the last year.
The traditional meeting - for the first time - took place in the new museum pavilion in Łambinowice. Aesthetically arranged in a festive atmosphere, the space added a lot of charm and allowed all the numerous guests to feel comfortable. None of the important symbols were missing: Christmas carols - performed, among others, by our colleague and vocalist Natalia Kryjom-Barylak, a Christmas tree and seasonal decorations, Christmas Eve dishes and what is most important during such meetings - pleasant conversations.
The meeting provided also an opportunity for the Museum's management to introduce new employees and to say a few warm words to those who have left us in the past year. A very special moment was the mutual exchange of Christmas and New Year wishes.
