A prisoner of war's odyssey... An offer of free museum lessons

Our museum lessons' offer has just been given to schools. It is dedicated to the fate of Warsaw insurgents. The classes are offered free of charge for students and schoolchildren of various types of schools and can be given in a traditional or online way.

Additionally, to understand the events from 1944, a visit to the site of National Remembrance in Łambinowice, where during the Second World War was a complex of the Wehrmacht prisoner-of-war camps, wherin was detained a group of nearly 6,000 insurgents, might be helpful. At present, there is an educational exhibition entitled Place with a scar. To the fate of the insurgents are also devoted 'The End and the Beginning. The Warsaw insurgents in the German captivity' exhibition, presented in front of the Museum building in Łambinowice, and 'In the German captivity' exibition located in the Museum building.
