The XXIX edition of recitation competition!
To enter for the XXIX edition of the Recitation Competition of POW Poetry "Let's remember”, dedicated to primary and secondary school students of Opole Province, applications should be submitted by March 25. The organizers, the Museum and the Association of Friends of the CMJW, welcome everyone to take part in it. As always, attractive prizes await the winners!
The purpose of the competition is to popularize the subject of POWs, cultivate the spoken word, learn to be responsible for the present and future, and to be sensitive to suffering, and respectful for people who defend their own dignity.
To take part in the competition, one has to file a completed application form to the organizer's address (by March 25) and the reciter must present, on the day of the competition, two prisoner-of-war poems written in Nazi or Stalinist camps, or contemporary poems on this theme. Attention: It is necessary to get acquaint with the rules and regulations, to be found HERE.
The competition will take place on April 1, 2022, depended on the development of the epidemic situation, at the Łambinowice site of the Museum, or online, of which participants will be informed by e-mail.
