A museum is not only walls and glass-cases presenting exhibits: it is first and foremost our joint mission to prevent what is fragile – memory and identity – from falling into oblivion. On the occasion of Easter we wish you primarily to feel sufficient power to be able to use the time of unique rebirth to remind us all of life being the highest value and that our work on preserving the past is in fact work done for the future.
