Night of Museums is next week

There is less than one week to the 14th the Night of Museums. On Saturday, 14 May, from 6 p.m., nine Opole institutions will make their collections available, and show the results of their work, which will certainly intrigue all visitors, regardless of their age and field of interest. Today, we publish a detailed programme of the event, and on Monday, at a press conference, we will provide more details.

This year's offer, under the motto ‘Power of Museums’ (to be accompanied during the Night of Museums)., has been prepared by: The State Archive in Opole, the Central Museum of Prisoners of War, the X-Ray Tube Museum of the Opole University of Technology, the Museum of Polish Song in Opole, the Museum of Opole Silesia, the Opole University Museum, the Opole Village Museum, the Piast Tower and the Upper Castle, and the Silesian Institute.

We invite you to the press conference scheduled for Monday (9 May, 12.00 p.m.) at the Opole seat of the Central Museum of Prisoners-of-War, which is this year's coordinator of the Night of Museums. During the conference there will be an opportunity to meet representatives of the institutions involved in the event.
