Winter break, time with history. In Museum

Over 60 institutions, run or co-run by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, have prepared a special offer for children, young people and whole families. Also, our Museum has an interesting proposal and invites you to both its seats. You can choose to take part in regular, online or hybrid classes.

Visitors to the Museum seats, both in Opole and Łambinowice, can participate in three different workshops (History museum. What is that?; Football versus rifle. We give a red card to aggression and violence; In the distorting mirror. Humour as a way to survive and exclusively online: Only in dreams man is truly free).

Also in both locations, visitors to the Museum will be able to see the permanent exhibitions, and in Opole – the latest temporary exhibition entitled Piekło Zagłady, siła życia [Hell of the Holocaust, the Power of Life].

The offer is available from Tuesday to Friday. In Opole: from 9.00 a.m.to 5.00 p.m., in Łambinowice from: 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.

A guide service together with a film screening costs from 70 to 200 PLN per group.

Educational classes via Microsoft Teams, are available to children and young people at schools, community centres or holiday camps, and are free of charge.

Classes can be reserved by calling us on: 77 434 34 75 or by e-mail: edukacja@cmjw.pl.
