A weekend for senior citizens at the Central Museum of Prisoners-of-War
Between 4 and 5 October, institutions of culture all around Poland extend an especially cordial invitation for senior citizens to get familiar with their offers. Our Museum also joins in this all-Poland project, like we do every year.
Every visitor over 60 years of age, will be entitled to use a free offer at the seats of the Museum in Opole and in Łambinowice. On Friday, we invite the interested to participate in guided visits to both seats of the Museum as well as to the Site of National Remembrance.
Then, on Saturday and Sunday, in Łambinowice, there will be held an educational film show “Lamsdorf/Łambinowice. The Museum and the Site of Remembrance” and we have also prepared a visit to the temporal exhibition under the title “Evidence to crime. The documents excavated from the mass graves in Mednoye, Kharkiv and Katyn” to be made together with its curator.
