Europe starts in… Discover the European Heritage Label.
As many as 48 objects from all over Europe form a network of places awarded with the European Heritage Label. Among them – as we have informed before – are five sites from Poland, including the Central Museum of Prisoners of War and Site of National Remembrance in Łambinowice. Thanks to attractive photo and film materials, it will allow you to expand your knowledge and learn about cultural heritage of many countries and nations without leaving your home.
Created in 2013, under the auspices of the European Commission, the cooperative platform carefully selects cultural sites which are relevant for common European values, ideas and history. The goal of these activities is to increase integration of communities and build a sense of identity based on different experiences but similar aspirations.
